You work hard, so do your eyes.
Nobody works nine-to-five anymore. All of those hours staring at a
computer screen don't only affect your sanity, but they can also
impact your eyes. But there are ways to protect them, well, your eyes
anyway. Here are a few simple tips:
- Tilt your monitor slightly below eye level
- Keep your screen dust free
- Improve the lighting around your monitor
- Try closing your eyes and then looking far into the distance every 15-20 minutes in order to relax them
- Try sitting 18-28 inches away from the screen
